My Offerings
By working with both the physical body and a connected, cleared, and balanced energy field, the whole self will move in the direction of health.
Feldenkrais Method®
Feldenkrais lessons focus on teaching students how to move efficiently in the absence of pain so that a single joint or muscle isn’t overused or strained. For example, to reach for an object with the right hand, the work begins from the left foot through the pelvis, spine and ribs to push the right shoulder and hand forward.
Healing Touch
Healing Touch focuses on the human energy system which interpenetrates the physical body, forms each layer of the biofield and is an integral part of every living being. Chronic pain leaves an energetic signature in the energy field. Systematic clearing, connecting, and balancing the energy field enables and optimizes self-healing.
Clinical Herbalism
The healing power of plants is used to encourage the body to move in the direction of health and self-healing. When soft tissues are injured or overworked, the use of herbal salves improves circulation to the injury site and gently nudges the body towards self-healing and recovery as the entire body finds and returns to balance.

Our bodies are complex, dynamic, biological & energetic beings
As complex, biological energetic beings composed of diverse systems that have specific functions, our bodies have an incredible, built-in resilience and vital life force that science has yet to fully comprehend or recreate. Have you ever wondered how a simple cut heals? If the body is unable to spatially and temporally repair the edges of a wound, all the glue or stitches in the world will not help mend it. This is what self-healing means.
There are many reasons why clients choose not to have surgery or use analgesics and seek non-invasive modalities to address pain. No one chooses to be in pain. Pain is our body’s message that something is wrong and needs our immediate attention. Although we think of pain as a singular sensation, pain is multi-faceted, and has different intensities and qualities. If we view pain as an ally that provides clues to identify the actual problem instead of a sensation to avoid at all costs, we may use pain to discover its root cause(s) to design a lasting, long-term solution or become better equiped to make an informed health decision(s).
